Marcelo Robles, CEO of Salerno Consultancy Company WLL, has been a Project Management and Control Engineer for more than 25 years, operating from Manama, Bahrain.
He founded Salerno Consulting in 2018, offering expert consultants to help businesses manage productivity, planning, cost control, and risk management across the most demanding EPC environments worldwide.
Recognised by General Dynamics, ENEL Green Power, Ansaldo Industria, and Saipem France, his approach bridges traditional rigor with digital innovation.

Salerno's founder and CEO was formally approved by Saudi Aramco's Project Management Team (SAPMT) as Key Personnel, Project Controls Manager, grade K3, for the UOSF programme covering 31 offshore & onshore facilities across the Arabian Gulf.
Aramco approval is issued only to individuals meeting the highest standards of technical competence and international experience, one of the strongest professional credentials in project controls worldwide.

Saudi Aramco Heavy-Lift Record
On the Arabiyah-Hasbah Gas Fields Project, feeding the Wasit Gas Plant, the Hasbah tie-in platform was installed with a 7,500-ton crane, setting a record for Saudi Aramco's heavy-lift operations. It is the kind of programme where Salerno's project control discipline operates, on site, at scale, where the margin for error is zero.
