Our Intellectual Property
The Salerno
Method
Twenty-five years of project control, codified into frameworks we apply on every engagement. Not theory from a manual — field-tested models that turn scope, time and cost into one connected, digital system.
The Method · At a Glance
Project Control,
End to End
One integrated process — from an empty site to a project closed on time and on cost. Everything we do, in a single view.
Our Signature Method
The Progress
Reporting System
Our project control philosophy, in one image: every project is a target. Concentric rings of control — from the outer reporting system inward to the single bullseye that matters: the project's margin. More than 25 years of project management, codified.
Framework 01 · Digital Management
Project Control
Across the nD Dimensions
A model doesn't stop at three dimensions. Salerno extends the digital project from geometry to the full life cycle — each added dimension a new layer of control, from constructability to operation.
Framework 02 · Salerno Know-how
The Project
Control Cycle
Every project turns on the same loop: plan it, watch it, correct it. Salerno's know-how defines exactly what happens at each stage — the structures, the measurements and the decisions.
Framework 03 · Schedule Architecture
The Four
Schedule Levels
One project, four resolutions. Salerno structures every programme from the contractual master schedule down to the three-week look-ahead, so every stakeholder reads the right level of detail. This is the schedule architecture we have applied for over two decades.
The Control System · Since 2002
Eight Control Areas,
One System
We don't just track the schedule — we control the whole project. Since our earliest project control work, every engagement is organised into eight integrated control areas, so nothing falls between the cracks.
Framework 04 · End-to-End Delivery
The Nine-Phase
Delivery Methodology
Our proprietary project delivery method — refined over decades and carried into Salerno. Nine disciplined phases take a project from an empty site to a contract closed on time and on cost.
Heritage · 4D Digital Twin Since 2004
We Were Building
Digital Twins Before It Had a Name
The Salerno method traces back more than two decades — where, as early as 2004, we linked Primavera schedules to 3D models to simulate construction sequence, week by week. This is a real 4D simulation of a residential complex, planned phase-by-phase from mobilisation to structure.

Everything Reduces
to KPIs
The frameworks above all converge on a single question — are we on time and on cost? Salerno answers it with the earned-value indices that drive every report and every corrective decision.
