Earned Value Management Masterclass

The quantitative backbone of project control, taught the way it is actually used on megaprojects. You will build a measurement baseline, read performance indices correctly, and forecast outcomes, working on real S-curves and recovery scenarios drawn from Saudi Aramco UOSF and EDF Flamanville.

What You'll Learn

Build a defensible measurement baseline from BCWS, ACWP and BCWP
Calculate and interpret SV, CV, SPI and CPI without misreading them
Forecast at completion with EAC, ETC and VAC under different scenarios
Set early-warning thresholds that flag trouble while there is time to act
Translate EVM output into clear management dashboards and reports
Apply management reserve and recovery planning to real variances
