Day 1 Setup & Work Breakdown Structure
EPS / OBS, calendars and project settings · WBS structuring · activity creation and coding · durations and the planning unit.
Day 2 Logic, Constraints & Critical Path
Relationships and lags · constraints · total float and free float · critical path analysis and schedule quality checks.
Day 3 Baselines & Progress
Baseline creation and management · progress updating · data date and retained vs progress override logic · variance against baseline.
Day 4 Resources, Reporting & Fast Track
Resource and cost loading · layouts, filters and reports · the Fast Track Planning methodology for time-critical programmes.
